Three checks before a product is listed
Every product we carry has to clear three checks before it goes on the site. They are not complicated, and that is the point: a supplier either can answer them or cannot. Products that fail any of the three do not enter the catalogue, regardless of margin.
Quantities per capsule, not a hidden blend
The ingredient panel must state how much of each active is in one capsule. A list of ten names with no numbers behind them tells you nothing you can compare against another bottle on the shelf.
Raw materials and production both named
The manufacturer must say where the raw materials come from and where the finished product is made. If that information is missing, we treat the product as unfinished, because we cannot tell you anything useful about it.
A clear intended use we can describe
Daily base nutrition, mineral support, energy and endurance supplements, or general vitality. If we cannot say in one sentence what a formula is normally used for, we cannot recommend it to anyone.

Sourcing and production
Where the capsules actually come from
Our suppliers produce in Indonesia and in a small number of partner facilities abroad. We ask for batch documentation on the ingredients we cannot verify locally, and we keep the paperwork on file at our Seminyak office. We do not claim certifications we have not been shown.
If a supplier cannot or will not provide sourcing information, we do not list the product. We would rather have a short shelf we can explain, line by line, than a long one we cannot.
Local production
Most of the range is made by manufacturers producing in Indonesia, where we can visit, ask questions, and check a batch in person.
Paperwork on file
Batch documents for imported ingredients are kept at the office. If you want to look at them while you are here, ask and we will bring the file out.
No borrowed logos
We do not display certificates we were not handed. If a supplier shows us documentation, we will describe what it covers in plain words on the product page.

Why We Reject Certain Labels
Turning products down is part of the job
Proprietary blends are the most common reason we walk away from a product. A blend lets a manufacturer list ten ingredients without saying how much of each is present, which makes the label useless for comparison. We also avoid products whose marketing leans on promises that supplement labels cannot honestly carry, because those lines mislead the men who read them. Below are the label habits that most often end a conversation with a supplier.
This is why the catalogue looks the way it does. Popular products for men, in our reading, are the ones a customer can explain back to us a month later — not the ones with the loudest box.

What Quality Standards Mean Here
Four commitments we can be held to
For PrimaVita, quality standards are a short list of practical commitments rather than a badge. Each one is something you can check for yourself on a product page, and something you can hold us to if it is missing.
- Full ingredient disclosure on every page Every active and every excipient we can confirm, written out. If we cannot confirm something, we say that instead of leaving the row out.
- Dosages stated per capsule Milligrams and IU per capsule, in the same place on every page, so two products can be placed side by side without guesswork.
- Storage instructions, because of Bali Heat and humidity degrade many actives faster than a temperate climate would. Where that applies, the product page says how to store the bottle.
- Clear guidance on who should check first If you take prescription medicines, manage a long-term condition, or are unsure how a formula fits your situation, ask a qualified professional before you start.
If you cannot find one of these on a product page, tell us and we will fix the page or pull the product. That offer is the whole quality system: it has to survive contact with a customer who is actually reading.
Our place in the market
Indonesia's supplement market moves fast, and much of it runs on influencer claims and imported packaging with little information behind it. PrimaVita grows more slowly on purpose. We would rather carry forty products we can explain than four hundred we cannot.
That choice costs us volume, and it is the reason customers who call once tend to call again. We think the trade is fair, and we would rather earn men's health support the slow way than rent attention with a promise we cannot keep.
What we are not
We are not a clinic and we do not give medical advice. We do not diagnose deficiencies, interpret blood tests, or recommend dosages for prescription interactions. When a question crosses that line, we will say so and point you to a doctor.
We also do not promise outcomes. Supplements support normal functions; results depend on your diet, sleep, training, and time.

Walk-ins welcome during opening hours
Local customers are welcome to come by during business hours, ask about ingredients, and pick up orders in person. Bring the bottle you are already taking if you like — comparing two labels on the counter is quicker than reading both on a phone.
If you are travelling from outside Bali, call first so we can confirm what is in stock and what can be shipped to you. Email works too, and we answer during the same hours.
Most first visits are just a label question: what is actually in this, and how much? We answer that one on the spot.
